Operations Support Associate (3-Month Contract)

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and reliable Operations Support Associate to join our team in Gort on a 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced operations environment.
You will support a variety of activities across Operations, Warehouse, and Facilities, while receiving full training in company procedures, safety standards, and quality systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day support across Operations and general administration
- Maintain accurate records, trackers, and system updates
- Assist with warehouse activities including shipping, receiving, goods-in, dispatch, and stock checks
- Support Facilities activities such as maintenance requests, housekeeping, and contractor coordination
- Liaise with internal teams, suppliers, carriers, and site visitors
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures
About You
- Leaving Certificate (or equivalent) required
- Previous experience in a warehouse, admin, facilities, customer service, or team environment is an advantage (not essential)
- Strong willingness to learn and take on a variety of tasks
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office); training will be provided
- Comfortable supporting hands-on operational and warehouse activities
- Clear communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
- Reliable, proactive, and willing to learn
Training & Development
Full training will be provided, including:
- Internal systems (e.g. document control, ERP, purchasing systems)
- Safety and quality procedures
- Equipment handling where applicable (e.g. pallet trucks, manual handling)
