The Role
This role will suit a qualified solicitor ready to take on responsibility and run files with support from senior colleagues. Work will include:
- Managing your own caseload of property and probate files
- Advising clients on wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning
- Drafting, negotiation, and completion of property transactions
- Liaising with clients, colleagues, and external professionals
Requirements
- Qualified solicitor admitted to practice in Ireland. All levels of experience will be considered. Salary comensurate with experience.
- Experience or strong interest in residential and commercial conveyancing and landlord and tenant law, probate, and private client/general practice matters
- Ability to manage files from initial instruction to completion
- Excellent drafting, communication, and time management skills
- Strong client care ethos and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
