The Grafton Hotel is a 4-star boutique hotel in the heart of Dublin City Centre, offering 129 contemporary bedrooms and home to Bartley's Bar & Restaurant. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional guest experiences, and breakfast is one of the most important moments of every guest's stay.
We are looking for enthusiastic, reliable individuals to join our Breakfast Team on a casual basis, working mornings and early afternoons.
The Role
As a member of our Breakfast Team, you will help create a welcoming and enjoyable start to our guests' day. Working alongside an experienced team, you will provide friendly, attentive service while ensuring our breakfast operation runs efficiently and to the highest standards.
Whether serving guests, preparing the restaurant for service or maintaining presentation throughout the morning, you will play an important part in delivering the level of hospitality our guests expect.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide warm, friendly and professional service to all guests.
- Ensure the breakfast service runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Prepare and maintain the restaurant to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
- Work closely with the kitchen and front office teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Respond positively to guest requests and ensure any issues are dealt with promptly.
- Maintain food safety, hygiene and company standards at all times.
About You
- A positive, friendly and approachable personality.
- A genuine passion for hospitality and customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High standards with great attention to detail.
- A reliable team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or hospitality is an advantage but not essential, as full training will be provided.
- Flexibility to work mornings, weekends and public holidays.
