Role Overview
The successful candidate will provide assessment, intervention, and support services to individuals experiencing communication, language, speech, voice, fluency, and swallowing difficulties. The role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work within a supportive and developing organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.
- Develop and implement individualised therapy programmes.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports.
- Work collaboratively with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Provide recommendations and guidance to support communication development.
- Monitor progress and adapt intervention plans as required.
- Ensure all practice is in line with professional and ethical standards.
Essential Requirements
- Degree or Master's qualification in Speech and Language Therapy.
- CORU registration (or eligibility for registration).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
