We have both full-time and part-time vacancies for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our new Padel Coffee Dock.
This role is ideal for someone with barista experience who also has a genuine passion for sport, community building and ideally an interest in padel. You will be responsible for delivering excellent coffee and customer service while helping to create a vibrant and welcoming padel club atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and refreshments.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to members and visitors.
- Manage the day-to-day operation of the coffee dock.
- Promote the club through social media and digital content.
- Organise social events, tournaments and club activities.
- Support membership growth and community engagement.
- Ensure courts and surrounding facilities are clean, safe and well-maintained.
- Act as an ambassador for the club and help grow participation in padel.
What We're Looking For
- Previous barista or café experience.
- A friendly, outgoing and proactive personality.
- Strong social media and digital communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and customer service abilities.
- Interest in padel or racket sports is highly desirable.
- Someone who wants to champion the sport and contribute to the growth of the club.
