The successful candidate will be responsible for both preventative and reactive maintenance, fault finding and commissioning of heating and plumbing systems.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Carry out both reactive maintenance and planned preventative maintenance
- Servicing of plant room equipment such as boilers, pumps, pressure vessels, calorifiers and their relevant controls
- Ensuring detailed electronic service work reports are submitted for all works completed
- Assist with all queries regarding quotations and purchasing
- Ensure compliance at all times with Health and Safety requirements
- Installation of heating and plumbing systems will also be required
- Overtime may be required to cover out of hours work
- Note: The successful candidate will receive full technical and co-ordination support from head office team
Qualifications and Experience
- Fetac Level 6 Craft Plumbing Certificate
- Formal training /certification in gas - GID/RGI registered
- 5 years post qualified experience
- Previous experience working in a maintenance role
- Ability to work under pressure with excellent time management skills
- Experience in maintaining and servicing gas boilers
- Clean Driving Licence
- Computer Literate
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Team player
