Your Role:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a proven track record in managing multiple small-to-mid scale IT Programs. The role requires strong leadership capabilities, as the individual will be responsible for managing — directly or indirectly — a number of project management professionals across various disciplines.
A Program Manager at Citco is expected to think strategically, anticipate potential challenges, and proactively develop mitigation strategies to ensure successful program outcomes.
About You:
- 10+ years of experience as a Project Manager
- Demonstrated experience establishing and executing governance frameworks
- Experience managing enterprise-scale, cross-functional projects
- Strong working knowledge of SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile)
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Project, JIRA, and Confluence
Understanding of capital markets and financial services environments

Education & Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or a related field
Professional PM certifications preferred (PMP, Agile, or equivalent)
