We are launching a brand-new corporate entity, Wings Nova International Cork Limited, to introduce a premium international and Pan-Asian dining experience to the Merchant's Quay Shopping Center in the heart of Cork City. We are seeking two long-term, foundational Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our commercial strategy, establish our market presence, and drive continuous annual revenue growth.
Job Summary
We are seeking a results-driven, permanent Sales and Marketing Manager to take full ownership of the brand positioning, ongoing marketing operations, and long-term commercial growth of our new Cork venue. This is a core management position. You will initially oversee the launch phase and permanently manage all corporate contracts, B2B sales pipelines, digital marketing strategies, and local brand development year-over-year.
Key Responsibilities (Ongoing & Long-Term)
- Commercial Growth Strategy: Design, implement, and manage annual sales and marketing plans to consistently increase restaurant foot traffic and daily covers.
- B2B & Corporate Accounts: Build and permanently maintain high-volume contracts with Cork corporate offices, local hotels, student unions, and international tourism agencies.
- Digital & Brand Management: Oversee the restaurant's ongoing digital footprint, including localised social media advertising campaigns, email marketing databases, and website updates.
- Campaign & Event Execution: Plan and execute seasonal marketing campaigns, holiday event bookings, community partnerships, and group dining promotions.
- Performance & ROI Tracking: Continuously track customer acquisition costs, monitor campaign success metrics, and deliver monthly and annual sales analytics directly to company directors.
Candidate Requirements
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of professional marketing or sales management experience within a fast-paced hospitality, restaurant franchise, or high-volume food and beverage environment is essential.
- Education: A formal qualification or degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management is highly preferable.
- Digital Skills: Strong practical experience managing localized meta-ads campaigns, community management, and executing local Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) strategies. - Language: Professional working fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory to drive business development across local corporate sectors. - Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible, hospitality-driven operational hours including weekends and evenings around seasonal campaigns and corporate events.
