Sous Chef
We are currently recruiting for full time experienced sous chef, to join our very busy team in The Martello Hotel, the ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about food.
You must be able to work under pressure dealing with high volumes. Good communication skills and pleasant personality essential. Immediate start for suitable candidates.
Main Duties:
Working in line with HACCP requirements
To ensure the standard of food is produced of the highest possible standard
To be diligent in all aspects of your role
To maintain your relevant section to the highest possible standard e.g. Food production, cleaning
To follow instructions with absolute co-operation in regard to menu/ food/ cleaning operations
To work in all areas of the kitchen operation with total flexibility
To be punctual for every shift
Ensuring that at all times you are clean and presentable at all times
Experience required:
Min. 2 years working in a fast paced kitchen
HACCP Trained Level 2
Flexibility for weekend & midweek work is required.
Valid Full Time Working Permit
