Working alongside the Person in Charge (PIC), you will support the delivery of high-quality, person-centred services that empower people to achieve their goals, build independence, and actively participate in their communit bsp;
Social Care qualification and CORU registration/eligibility
Leadership or supervisory experience
A passion for person-centred practice
Strong communication and organisational skills
