On The Pigs Back Restaurant / Cafe-Deli in Douglas, Cork is looking for a self motivated, enthusiastic, experienced chef, to be part of our busy kitchen team.
Are you?
- Interested in creating a special customer experience, in serving fresh beautiful, tasty food made from local, ethically sourced producers.
- An experienced chef, with a minimum of 2 to 3 years in a professional kitchen. Experience in main, starters and desserts required.
- Professional chef training, Haccp proficient, with strong standard in cleaning and systems.
- Looking for daytime hours with occasional evening events,
- Want to work for a dynamic, mutli-faceted business with a proven record and ability to adapt.
- Motivated, flexible and adaptable to work in a small business with many other aspects as catering, deli-retail, food production of charcuterie, wholesale and other occasional events.
- A dynamic, positive person, respectful, with a progressive approach.
