All Seasons Flowers is a busy, established family-run florist with almost 40 years of experience, known for beautiful flowers, creative floristry and exceptional customer service.
We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Florist to join our team in our busy Lucan shop.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is confident in their craft, has a strong creative eye and enjoys working alongside other experienced florists in a fast-paced retail environment.
Technical ability is important, but so is the person behind it. We are looking for someone who brings creativity, energy and ideas, enjoys being part of a team and is friendly, positive and genuinely great to work alongside.
The Role
Working as part of our florist team, the Florist will create beautiful work across our everyday retail range, bespoke customer orders, weddings, events and seasonal collections.
The role includes:
- Creating hand-tied bouquets, arrangements and bespoke customer orders to a consistently high standard.
- Producing premium and higher-value floral designs with confidence.
- Working across a wide range of styles, colour palettes and seasonal flowers.
- Wedding and event floristry, including bouquets, ceremony flowers, table arrangements and larger installations.
- Creating and maintaining beautiful ready-to-buy flowers for our busy retail shop.
- Working with the florist team to plan daily production and prioritise customer orders.
- Maintaining excellent flower quality, conditioning and stock rotation.
- Using flowers thoughtfully and commercially, with strong awareness of value, availability and waste.
- Contributing ideas for seasonal collections, displays and new designs.
- Sharing knowledge, techniques and creative ideas with other members of the team.
- Supporting developing florists and florist assistants where required.
- Providing knowledgeable, confident and friendly service to customers.
- Maintaining the presentation and high standards expected throughout All Seasons Flowers.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 3–5 years’ professional floristry experience, ideally within a busy retail, wedding or event environment.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating a high standard of floristry.
- Excellent hand-tied bouquet and arrangement skills.
- Strong wedding and event floristry experience.
- Excellent knowledge of flowers, plants, conditioning and floristry techniques.
- A confident creative eye with a strong understanding of colour, balance and composition.
- Ability to create both commercial everyday floristry and more premium, design-led work.
- Someone who enjoys working creatively alongside other experienced florists and exchanging ideas.
- Strong organisation and time-management skills.
- Ability to work at pace and prioritise effectively during busy periods.
- A positive, collaborative approach and willingness to support the wider team.
- Strong customer-service and communication skills.
- Comfortable with the physical demands of floristry, including lifting, moving buckets and working on your feet.
- Comfortable using technology for order management and team communication.

Hours & Commitment
- Full-time role across 5 days per week within our 7-day trading week.
- Flexibility is essential during peak floral periods including Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day and Christmas.
- Occasional early starts or evening work may be required, particularly around weddings and peak events.
