As a Day Opportunities Facilitator at Cumas, you will develop, lead, and deliver high-quality projects, programmes, and supports for individuals with intellectual disabilities. Reporting to the Team Leader/Day Opportunities Co-Ordinator, you will help participants enjoy a meaningful, inclusive life while enhancing their independence in line with their choices and preferences. The role involves building strong professional relationships with families, staff, and community or statutory agencies, and includes mainly daytime hours with occasional evening and weekend work in both in-house and community settings.
