About the Role
JR Property Maintenance is looking for an experienced, reliable General Handyperson to join our growing property maintenance and renovation business.
This is a full-time, hands-on position involving a variety of indoor and outdoor maintenance, repair and renovation work throughout the year.
Main Duties
The successful candidate will carry out a range of property maintenance tasks, including:
- Wall and floor tiling
- Interior and exterior painting
- Surface preparation
- General property repairs and renovations
- Patio and outdoor improvement work
- Routine property maintenance
- General handyman duties as required
Essential Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Proven experience in general property maintenance, handyman work, or renovations
- Experience in painting and tiling
- The ability to work both indoors and outdoors in all seasons
- Good organisational and time management skills
- The ability to follow instructions and complete work to a high standard
- A reliable, professional approach to work
- A full, clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle
