Production Operations Analyst
About the role
We’re currently recruiting a Production Operations Analyst to join our Operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate production planning, billing, and system processes that support our warehouse and distribution operations.
You’ll be responsible for managing daily production plans and billing cycles, resolving operational issues, and maintaining high data accuracy in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
This is a hands‑on operational role, ideal for someone with experience in logistics, warehousing, or distribution who enjoys problem‑solving and working closely with operational teams.
Key responsibilities
Own and manage daily production planning, including label generation and production plan packs
Run, monitor, and validate daily and weekly billing cycles using SAP or similar systems
Investigate and resolve billing, data, or system discrepancies
Produce and manage interface files for print sites and downstream systems
Act as a key operational contact for warehouse, packing, and copy allocation teams
Support smooth warehouse operations by resolving issues that impact distribution timelines
Maintain high standards of data accuracy and process integrity
Identify recurring issues and suggest practical process improvements
Adapt to rotating shifts and changing operational demands
Support onboarding and knowledge‑sharing within the team as required
About you
You’ll ideally have:
Experience working in logistics, warehousing, distribution, or a similar operational environment
Strong experience using SAP or comparable operational systems
A high level of attention to detail, particularly when working with data and billing processes
Proven ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and resolve issues under pressure
Confidence communicating with warehouse and operational teams
A proactive mindset with an interest in continuous improvement
