The Role:
Are you ready to take the helm and help lead a team of dynamic fitness professionals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can inspire others to reach their full potential? As the Assistant Gym Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our fitness team, ensuring our classes are diverse, energetic, and tailored to meet the needs of our members and our that our clubs remain clean, spacious and safe areas to train at all times.
What We’re Looking For:
- Fitness Expertise: A recognized fitness qualification
- Fitness Class Experience: Proven track record in leading fitness classes and managing fitness programs.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively inspire both staff and members.
- Passion for Fitness: A deep passion for fitness, with the energy and enthusiasm to motivate others.
- Attention to detail: An individual driven to deliver unforgettable standards and experiences, focusing on every aspect within the building.
- Admin Savy: Ability to manage rotas, KPIs and day to day worksheets.
- Innovative Mindset: The ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table to keep our fitness offerings exciting and engaging.
- Team Player: Willingness to work alongside a high-energy team, providing guidance and support to help them grow and succeed.
