Construction Foreman Wanted (Civil Foreman)
We are currently looking for an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team on a full-time basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily site activities, managing workers and subcontractors, coordinating materials and plant, and ensuring that works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Main duties:
-Supervising construction works on site
-Organising daily tasks for site operatives and subcontractors
-Ensuring works are completed according to requirements
-Monitoring site progress and reporting to management
-Ensuring Health and Safety rules are followed at all the times
-Coordinating deliveries, materials, plant and equipment
-Keeping the site orginised, safe and productive
-Dealing with any site issues in a professional manner
Requirements:
-Previous experience as a Foreman or Site Supervisor
-Strong knowledge of groundwork, civil works or genal construction
-Ability to manage workers and subcontractors
-Good communication and organisation skills
-Safe Pass and Manual Handling Required
-Full driving licence preferred
