Our client, a global organisation with a strong presence in Dublin City Centre, is currently seeking a TA Coordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.
This is a fast paced, client facing role supporting a high volume recruitment function across EMEA. It is an excellent opportunity to gain experience within a well known international environment and work alongside a high performing HR team.
Key Responsibilities

Coordinating and scheduling a high volume of interviews 35 to 50 per week including telephone and face to face

Acting as a key point of contact for candidates, hiring managers, agencies and the HR team

Greeting candidates onsite and ensuring a professional and seamless interview experience

Advertising and uploading vacancies across job boards

Managing and maintaining candidate communication throughout the recruitment process

Building and maintaining strong relationships with recruitment agencies and key stakeholders

Managing temporary and contractor renewals and extensions

Updating recruitment data and systems accurately

Supporting with induction packs and onboarding processes
About You
-
Previous experience in a busy, fast paced environment

Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities and pivot between tasks

Excellent communication skills with a professional and personable approach

Comfortable in a client facing role

Experience in recruitment, administration, or a customer facing role such as reception would all be considered

Additional languages would be an advantage but are not essential

Hybrid working with at least 3 days onsite in Dublin City Centre

Flexibility required to attend onsite when candidates are scheduled
