Role overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth operations by managing service contracts, coordinating engineers, and handling invoicing and parts ordering.
Key tasks
- Handle inbound and outbound install and/or service calls in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide basic troubleshooting where required
- Log service tickets
- Schedule and dispatch planned, reactive and emergency site visits
- Schedule and organise service engineers for customer visits
- Liaise with field engineers to ensure a smooth flow of information
- Liaise with parts and logistics teams on timely deliveries and follow up.
Knowledge and Skills
- Confident communicator
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative systems
- National geographic knowledge
Experience
- Experience of working in a planning role, or similar
- Experience of working in a customer-facing position
- Have worked in a commercially driven environment.

- The ability to work successfully in a target-based environment
- Must have the ability to make decisive decisions in a timely manner
- Team player with a can-do attitude
- Understanding of workload requirements based on job volume
Pay: Up to €35,000.00 per year
