Lead Martial Arts Instructor / Head Coach

Savage Martial Arts is looking for an experienced, passionate, and driven Martial Arts Instructor to step into a senior leadership role within one of Ireland’s fastest-growing martial arts organisations.
This is more than teaching martial arts. It’s an opportunity to lead, mentor, and inspire the next generation while helping shape the future of our organisation.
We’re looking for someone who lives the martial arts lifestyle, leads by example, and is passionate about passing their knowledge on to children, teenagers, adults, and fellow instructors.
Your Mission
As a Lead Martial Arts Instructor, you will:
✅ Deliver high-level martial arts instruction across children’s, teen, and adult programmes
✅ Lead and mentor assistant instructors while maintaining exceptional teaching standards
✅ Inspire confidence, discipline, respect, resilience, and leadership in every student
✅ Help develop future instructors through coaching and mentoring
✅ Deliver school workshops, seminars, grading events, and community programmes
✅ Represent the Savage Martial Arts brand with professionalism and integrity
✅ Contribute to the continued growth and success of the organisation
What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong martial arts background (any recognised discipline considered)
✔ Proven coaching or teaching experience
✔ Natural leadership qualities and excellent communication skills
✔ Passion for mentoring and developing people
✔ Confidence leading classes of all ages and abilities
✔ Full clean driving licence
✔ Garda Vetting (or willingness to complete)
✔ Professional, reliable, and committed to excellence
