Key Responsibilities:
- Managing appointments and patient bookings
- Answering calls and handling patient queries
- Front desk and reception duties
- Managing administrative and clinic support tasks
- Maintaining professional communication with patients and staff
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a healthcare or medical setting preferred
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Good computer and administration skills
- Professional and patient-focused attitude.
