SKO Property Maintenance is one of Leinster's leading B2B property and facilities maintenance providers, specialising in reactive repairs for clients. As we continue to grow, we're looking for experienced maintenance technicians to join our team.
The Role
You'll travel between client properties responding to call-outs and carrying out a variety of repairs — minor electrical and plumbing work, roofing, flooring, painting, and window/door fixes. You'll diagnose issues on the spot, work safely under pressure during emergencies, and deliver repairs our clients can rely on.
Beyond the technical work, you're the face of SKO on-site — representing both us and our clients to the end users you meet each day. You'll also handle minor refurbishments and prepare vacant units for new occupants, manage your workload through our mobile field system, and keep the operations director updated daily on site status, repairs, and any extra requests from customers.
What You'll Bring
- At least 2 years' experience in a similar maintenance or construction role
- Safe Pass certification
- Full, clean driving licence
- Strong customer service skills and an eye for detail
- Comfortable working independently or as part of a team
