- Provide friendly and attentive service to guests in the buffet restaurant;
- Clear and clean tables promptly to maintain a tidy dining environment;
- Refill food items, utensils, and supplies at the buffet stations;
- Assist guests with inquiries and ensure a pleasant dining experience;
- Follow restaurant policies and work cooperatively with the team.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above
Fluent in English and able to speak Chinese
EU work authorization required
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle situations efficiently
Good communication skills and a positive, professional attitude
Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team
