Cadent Sourcing has partnered with a leading Irish construction and engineering company to recruit a Sales Manager for their expanding Service Division.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Sales Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Experience developing and implementing successful sales strategies
- Strong commercial awareness and business development experience
- Experience analysing sales performance and forecasting trends
- Customer-focused with a commitment to service excellence
- Experience within construction, engineering, facilities management, building services, or related sectors would be advantageous
The Role:
- Drive business growth through effective sales strategies
- Lead and develop the sales team to achieve targets
- Identify and secure new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements
- Monitor sales performance and prepare forecasts
- Manage sales activity across key market sectors
- Support team training, development, and performance
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Follow up on leads and maximise conversion rates
- Work closely with operational and marketing teams
- Support the growth and profitability of the Service Division
