Pastoral Care is a holistic support service focused on the social, emotional, and spiritual well-being of students and staff, especially during times of crisis, transition, or personal difficulty. The Pastoral Care Chaplain is a member of the Student Support Team, fostering a holistic environment of care and working closely with and complementing other student support and welfare services across the University. The post holder will confidentially and discreetly provide responsive frontline one-to-one and group pastoral support to students and staff. Qualities of compassion, empathy and non-judgement are essential for this role.
