Bar and Waiting staff -The Role:
We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, creative, hard-working, passionate about food & drink service and can work well as part of a team.
Bar and waiting Staff- Key Duties and Responsibilities
· Take direction from managers on duty and assist in the monitoring of all customer service s.
· Follow all HACCP regulations at all times.
· Work well with a team in food & drink service
· Cocktail and wine knowledge an advantage
· Cash handling and till knowledge essential
· Must be well presented
-Must have good communication skills and a strong understanding of the English language
Bar Requirements
· Have previous experience of over 1 year having worked in an Irish style bar or hotel.
· Have a passion for and genuine interest in customer service
· Have a respectful and pleasant manner for dealing with team members.
· Be part of a team
· Be able to work under pressure in a busy bar .
· Have a good knowledge of Cocktails and wines.
Waiting staff Requirements
Must have previous experience of over 1 year having worked in an Irish style bar or hotel with food service

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: €14.50-€15.50 per hour
