Our Kitchen Team are looking for a highly motivated full time Kitchen Porter. The ideal Candidate would have at least two years work experience in a busy Kitchen role. A basic food hygiene course is desired but will be provided if not up to date.
Job Description
- Carrying out cleaning tasks within the Kitchen
- Collecting and washing up pots, pans and kitchen equipment
- Cleaning crockery & cutlery and ensuring food preparation sites are clean and ready.
- Unloading equipment and food from deliveries.
- Ensuring the storeroom remains organised.
- Deep Cleaning
- Ensuring all cleaning records are maintained
- Making sure work surfaces, floors and walls are always clean and sanitised
- Good time management
- Ability to work in a high pressured environment
- Attention to detail essential
- Carrying out daily cleaning tasks as per Head Chef
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €14.10 per hour
