We are currently partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing renewable energy provider to recruit a Domestic Solar PV Sales Advisor. This organisation has a long-standing reputation for delivering sustainable, energy-efficient solutions to homeowners and businesses across Ireland.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional to join a high-performing team in a fast-growing sector, helping homeowners transition to renewable energy solutions.

Manage the full sales cycle from initial enquiry through to signed contract, ensuring a seamless handover to design and project teams

Generate, develop and convert a pipeline of residential Solar PV opportunities

Engage directly with homeowners, providing tailored advice on Solar PV systems and available SEAI grants (including One Stop Shop, CEG, and Solar-only projects)

Build and maintain strong customer relationships through clear and consistent communication

Conduct needs assessments and provide bespoke installation recommendations

Prepare and present accurate quotation packs, guiding clients through internal processes

Maintain up-to-date and accurate records within the CRM, including pipeline forecasting and reporting

Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets (conversion rates, pipeline activity, revenue)

Stay informed on industry trends, products, and regulatory updates

Represent the business at events, exhibitions and seminars as required

Collaborate with the wider team to contribute to sales strategy and performance improvements

Minimum 3 years’ experience in a target-driven sales role, ideally within Solar PV or a related industry

Proven ability to negotiate and close deals successfully

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly motivated, results-driven with a positive attitude

Comfortable working independently while maintaining accountability for KPIs

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

Full clean driving licence

Knowledge of Solar PV and battery storage is advantageous (full training provided)
