Job Description
We are looking for a responsible full time Retail Team Lead to assist the management team in Avoca Mount Usher on a full-time permanent contract. Duties of the Team Lead include opening and/or closing duties of the Avoca Mount Usher store and/or cafe, assisting with day-to-day running of the department, and supporting the management team in a variety of different ways.
The Team Lead's responsibilities include cash handling, cash reconciliation, assisting in running the daily employee breaks, customer service queries and supporting the management team in various capacities. The ideal candidate should have experience within the retail or food industry and have a proven track record of seeking responsibility.
Responsibilities

Opening and/or Closing of your Department as outlined by your manager

Customer Service queries including dealing with complaints

Ordering processes for the store

Provide general support to the management team
