Howley Hayes Cooney have opportunities for Registered Architects who are passionate about architecture and furthering their professional development. This is an exciting time to join our growing team, and for ambitious individuals to work on a range of projects at various work stages including third level, cultural, housing and adaptive reuse.
- Self-motivated, with excellent collaboration, presentation, and drawings skills
- Experience on CWMF and RIAI contracts of €7-10m in value an advantage
- Experience in communicating with clients, design teams, contractors, and statutory bodies
- Excellent design and technical skills with an interest in high quality architecture
- RIAI Registered Architect (or eligible for registration) with minimum of 2-5 years experience post Professional Practice Exam
- Excellence in CAD with 3D skills, InDesign, and Adobe Suite
- BIM (Vectorworks) an advantage but not essential
- Demonstrable experience throughout all project stages, Irish building regulations and statutory consent processes including BCAR/BCMS
- Experience and interest in conservation & adaptive reuse welcome but not essential
- Excellent standard of spoken, written and technical English
- Remuneration: dependent on skills and experience
