We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Bar & Restaurant Manager to lead the bar operations at our luxury 5-star hotel in Kerry. As Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional guest experience, managing a talented team, and ensuring the smooth running of all bar services.
The successful Bar & Restaurant Manager will oversee daily operations, stock control, staff training, and ensure compliance with licensing and HACCP standards. Strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a passion for premium beverage service are essential.
As Bar & Restaurant Manager, you will collaborate closely with the Food & Beverage team to create innovative drink menus, implement cost-control measures, and maintain the highest levels of quality and customer satisfaction.
