Support day-to-day European freight operations, coordinating shipments, carriers, and customer updates. Ideal for organised, detail-oriented individuals who thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.
This role will require access to a vehicle to commute to the office location. Following a successful probation period, there will be an option to move into a hybrid working arrangement.
Responsibilities:
- Arrange and track international shipments by road and sea
- Liaise with carriers, warehouses, and distribution partners
- Maintain accurate shipment records and input data into systems
- Provide timely updates to customers and assist with basic queries
- Support quotes, rate requests, and costing as needed
