This is a Full-time, permanent role working 40 hours per week over 5 days, Monday- Friday. The working hours for this role are:
Monday- Friday 12pm-8:30pm
About the Role:
As a member of our Merchandising Team, your primary responsibility will be visiting an office and buildings located on our client site based in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.
Upon arrival, your duties will involve the distribution and merchandising of our products, including snacks, cold drinks, fruit, and dairy products, throughout the kitchens in the building. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness of micro kitchens, including coffee machine maintenance, and keeping them fully stocked with essentials like Tea, Coffee, Cups, and more.
Responsibilities/Duties:
- Assist the delivery driver by transferring stock to the storeroom.
- Distribute stock from the storeroom throughout the buildings.
- Skillfully merchandise and rotate products in fridges and snack racks.
- Maintain product freshness by monitoring expiry dates.
- Manage and order inventory as needed.
- Keep all equipment in impeccable condition and cleanliness.
- Present yourself professionally in terms of appearance and attire.
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Report any stock, equipment, or customer service issues promptly.
- Prioritize safety by remaining vigilant about security and health and safety matters.
