About the Role
An established and highly respected Design & Installation of Lightning Protection Systems Company across various construction projects is seeking an experienced OPERATIONS CO-ORDINATOR / MANAGER to support project delivery sites across Ireland.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high-performing team with a strong pipeline of projects, where you will play a critical role in coordinating Design & Installation of Lightening Protection Systems through to handover.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate services from design through to installation and completion
- Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
- Work closely with installation teams, consultants, and contractors
- Monitor site progress, identifying risks, delays, and clashes
- Support commissioning, testing, and project handover
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards
- Reporting to the Managing Director
About You
- Relevant Experience in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or trade background)
- Previous experience in an M&E / Building Services environment
- Understanding of M&E systems and construction delivery
- Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication and teamwork skills

Based in Smithtown, Shannon, Co. Clare.
Pay: €55,000.00-€75,000.00 per year
