Crust & Crumb Ireland are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking individual to join their team.
This is a Full-time permanent Role.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage the reception area, handle phone calls, monitor the company inbox, and sort incoming/outgoing mail.
- Update and maintain physical and digital filing systems, databases, and personnel records.
- Coordinate diaries, book meeting rooms, schedule appointments, and arrange travel itineraries.
- Process invoices, assist with basic bookkeeping, and manage petty cash or expense reports.
- Assist with general administration, filing and data entry.
- Filing of paperwork.
- Liaising with other staff members regarding their daily schedules.
- Other general office duties.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of office experience
- Strong communication skills is essential
- Good IT, excel and Microsoft skills is essential
- Flexible and adaptable
- Professional and highly motivated individual
