We are currently seeking an experienced Domestic Plumber to join our team, working across new-build apartment developments.
This role involves carrying out and overseeing plumbing installations on site, supporting site teams, and ensuring works are completed safely, on schedule, and to a high standard. The ideal candidate will have strong technical plumbing knowledge, experience on residential construction projects, and the ability to work well with site managers, contractors, and other trades.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and oversee hot and cold water systems, soil and waste systems, sanitaryware, and heating systems
- Read and interpret drawings, specifications, and site plans
- Carry out quality checks to ensure all work meets current building regulations
- Liaise with site managers, main contractors, and project teams to report progress and manage variations
- Ensure all work is completed to company and industry standards
- Manage materials, deliveries, and on-site stock levels
- Provide hands-on plumbing support when required
- Complete snagging works and attend handover inspections
- Follow all health and safety procedures at all times
- Support and guide other team members where required
Requirements
- Fully qualified plumber, NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent
- Proven experience working on new-build residential projects
- Experience supervising or leading a small team is preferred
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple tasks on site
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Valid CSCS card
- Full driving licence is essential
Pay: €60,000.00-€65,000.00 per year
