Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Associate located in Naas.
The successful candidate will deliver a high quality, personalised customer experience that reflects our company ethos of delivering exceptional customer service. You will act as a trusted advisor, building long-term customer relationships, driving sales, and ensuring service excellence across every interaction.
The Senior Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers, providing product knowledge, processing sales transactions and maintaining a clean and organised shop environment.
Key Responsibilties:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, anticipating needs and tailoring recommendations to drive sales
- Ability to process customer transactions and handle enquiries and interactions in a professional and polite manner
- Visual merchandising, ensuring shop floor and displays are kept tidy, well stocked and organised at all times
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail sales or front line customer service is essential
- Experience in formal wear sales, measuring and fitting is also an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work well in a fast paced, team environment
- Knowledge of fashion trends and menswear in particular is a plus
- Fluent English is essential
Pay: €550.00-€650.00 per week
