We are now inviting applications from experienced Service Advisior
Doran Motors have grown over the past 46 years to be one of north easts largest car dealers.
DUTIES Include:
· Arranges service / repair times and dates for workshop in consultation with service & workshop Managers
· Ensuring customer satisfaction – receiving and defining customers wishes and preparation of repair order
· Ensures parts, labour and any other items relating to work carried out are charged to the relevant vehicle
· Organising within the dealership to accord with customer needs
· Observing dealership guideline and fulfilling immediate priority tasks to ensure a competitive service to the customer
· Maintains close control on sales ledger accounts relating to workshop in consultation with service and workshop managers
· Informing service & workshop managers regarding developments in customer attitudes and possible measures
· Submitting customer details to distributors for survey purposes
· Identifies & carries out marketing tasks on an ongoing basis
· Observes ISO procedures & guideline
· Participates in Skoda Apprentice Service Advisor Scheme
· Media Expert Trained in accordance with Skoda standards
· Establishes and maintains permanent files relating to workshop business
· All other duties assigned by management
· Carries out follow up calls to customers
· Willing to be flexible, work occasional overtime as requested by management
· Fulfils service receptionist and customer advisor roles
· Deputies for service advisor / receptionist
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: €31,000.00-€34,500.00 per year
