Your Role
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing complex IT projects in a fast-paced financial institution environment. Your primary focus will be on ensuring successful delivery of project deliverables within the constraints of schedule, scope, and budget. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, QA, infrastructure, and business units.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive project management artifacts, including project plans, status reports, risk and issue logs, and software artifacts in JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint.

Establish and oversee Agile ceremonies, including daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate effectively with all levels, from senior management to project team members.

Conduct regular meetings with project team members to track progress and provide status updates to key stakeholders.

Prioritise activities, address risks/issues, and manage resources efficiently across various departments.

Build a collaborative and productive team environment, driving accountability towards critical milestones and deadlines.

Anticipate and address potential impediments to team delivery and administer metrics tracking.
Requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience with Agile application development in a financial institution environment.

Minimum 5 years of solid practical experience managing complex projects.

Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA and Confluence.

Demonstrated knowledge and skills in project management, information technology, creativity, business analysis, data analytics, problem-solving, change/release management, multi-tasking, and service management.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including excellent written and oral English.
Education & Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or related field.

Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, Agile) are preferred.
