Parts Sales Advisor – JCB Machinery
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Parts Sales Advisor to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers and resolve parts enquiries relating to JCB machinery.
- Process parts requests efficiently and accurately.
- Forward all parts orders and requests to the warehouse for picking and dispatch.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience within the parts industry is essential.
- Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal (essential).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full training will be provided on our internal systems.
