The role involves managing and growing online sales using Shopify e-commerce platform.
You will be responsible for the daily upkeep and management of our Shopify Store. This includes uploading new product ranges as new stock arrives in store daily, running digital ads, tracking web traffic and improving user experience to turn website visitors into buyers.
Online Merchandiser: You will be responsible for the upkeep of new products, removal of old products, visual layout and display of site to align with but not exclusive to weekly social media plans and events.
Digital Marketing: You will work alongside the social media team to promote the site alongside the weekly social media plan which includes email newsletters and paid ads.
E-commerce Co-ordinator: You will be responsible for the day-to-day site updates which also includes customer care support and order queries.
Social Media assistant: You will work closely with our social media team weekly to align with the social media weekly plan and events. You will also be required to assist with social media team.
Use of Shopify is essential
