What We’re Looking For:
- A passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppers
- Great communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude
- HACCP training is desirable but not essential
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage
Your Role & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve high-quality deli products, including sandwiches, rolls, hot meals, and freshly sliced meats
- Ensure deli displays are fresh, appetizing, and well-stocked throughout the day
- Engage with customers, offering product knowledge, recipe ideas, and personal recommendations
- Maintain high food safety and hygiene standards in line with HACCP and store policies
- Deliver top-quality customer service, handling queries efficiently and professionally
