iQ Branding Solutions designs, makes, and installs signage, wayfinding, and branded environments for hospitality, retail, healthcare, airports, and corporate clients across Ireland. Founded in 2009, we run our own studio, production workshop, and installation team, which lets us control delivery from brief to install.
Purpose of the Role
The Finisher prepares printed materials and signage to a high standard.
Laminating, trimming, mounting, vinyl application, packaging. Hands-on, accurate, and dependable, working alongside the wider print and production team.
Main Responsibilities
Finishing
- Laminate, trim, mount, weed, tape, and prepare large-format prints and signage for dispatch or install.
- Operate finishing equipment safely: laminators, plotters, cutters, mounting tables, panel saws.
- Apply vinyl and carry out basic mounting work.
Quality and Dispatch
- Inspect every job before it leaves the workshop.
- Package, wrap, label, and stage completed jobs for collection, delivery, or install.
- Read job specs accurately and flag anything that does not match.
Workshop Support
- Keep the workshop and storage areas clean, organised, and safe.
- Help load, unload, and move materials as needed.
- Assist with stock and storage organisation.
Team and Safety
- Communicate clearly on job progress, priorities, and anything that affects delivery timelines.
- Follow company health and safety procedures at all times, particularly when operating machinery.
What You Will Bring
Essential
- Previous experience in large-format print finishing or signage production.
- Confident with laminators, cutters, plotters, mounting tables, and hand tools.
- Accurate, careful, and works to a high finish standard.
- Reliable, organised, and able to keep multiple jobs moving in a busy workshop.
- Strong awareness of health and safety in a workshop environment.
Desirable
- Signage, branding, or large-format print industry background.
- Experience with vinyl graphics and mounting techniques.
- Manual Handling certification.
- Safe Pass (beneficial, not essential).
Working Conditions
- Workshop-based role in our Dublin production facility.
- Fast-paced production environment with multiple live jobs and changing priorities.
- Standard hours, occasional flexibility during busy delivery periods.
Pay: €30,000.00-€32,000.00 per year
