- Drive conversion and revenue by managing all event and wedding enquiries from initial contact through to contract signing, ensuring a strong focus on closing business and maximising profitability.
- Own the full client journey – from enquiry handling, site inspections and proposal development to contract negotiation and final delivery, ensuring a seamless and professional sales experience.
- Proactively manage and convert enquiries across all channels (phone, email, digital), responding promptly with tailored proposals that reflect current promotions, packages and upselling opportunities.
- Lead wedding sales activity, delivering high-impact consultations and showarounds that inspire confidence and secure bookings.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to align on campaigns, promotions, pricing strategies and lead generation initiatives, ensuring a strong pipeline of qualified enquiries.
- Maximise every sales opportunity by upselling additional services including F&B enhancements, accommodation, experiences and add-ons.
- Ensure smooth handover and execution of contracted business, maintaining clear communication with operations, banqueting and all hotel departments.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all events, ensuring delivery is on-brand, commercially successful and aligned with agreed client expectations.
- Produce accurate proposals, contracts, event summaries and BEOs, ensuring all details are confirmed and signed off in a timely manner.
- Maintain strong client relationships, building trust and encouraging repeat business, referrals and long-term loyalty.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity, feeding insights into pricing, packaging and promotional strategies.
- Support the day-to-day operations of the Events Department, providing guidance to the team to ensure consistency, efficiency and high performance.
