Job Title: Curry and Tandoor Chef
Location: Lucan, Chef location must be within Ireland

Key Responsibilities:
Curry Chef:
- Prepare a wide range of authentic Indian curries, ensuring every dish meets our high standards for quality, taste, and presentation.
- Develop and innovate new curry recipes, balancing traditional cooking methods with creative flair.
- Accurately anticipate daily and weekly food requirements to ensure the kitchen is well-prepared.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Tandoor Chef:
- Masterfully operate the tandoor to create a variety of dishes, including naan, kebabs, and tandoori specialties.
- Ensure the consistency and quality of all tandoor-prepared items.
- Manage the preparation and marination of meats and vegetables for the tandoor, infusing them with authentic spices and flavors.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure a seamless and efficient service.
- Maintain a clean and organised kitchen workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Curry Chef and Tandoor Chef in a high-paced restaurant environment.
- Extensive knowledge of Indian spices, ingredients, and traditional cooking techniques.
- Strong culinary creativity with the ability to develop new recipes.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high culinary standards.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
