Front Desk Agent / Receptionist
- Personality – people forget what you say & do but they never forget how you make them feel, the front desk by its nature has contact will the most people in the hotel internally & externally, let’s make it a good experience for everyone.
- Ability to read a guest & adapt to their needs, checking in a corporate guest is very different to a leisure guest and our interactions must reflect that.
- Well organised and in tune with what is going on in the hotel.
- Previous Experience is highly desirable, as a minimum you must have worked in another hotel department.
- Previous experience with Opera Cloud is highly advantageous,
Pay: €14.50 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dublin, County Dublin: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
