Donegal Golf Club - Murvagh is currently seeking applications for a Seasonal Support Team Member to join our Greenkeeping Course Maintenance Team for the 2026 season.
This is an excellent opportunity to work on one of Ireland’s leading links golf courses and gain valuable experience in all aspects of golf course presentation and maintenance.
In your role your typical duties and responsibilities will be:
- Carry out course setup, including changing hole positions and moving tee markers
- Raking bunkers and maintaining sand levels
- Divot repair
- Help with watering and irrigation systems
- Strimming and edging around course features
- Maintain paths, hazards, and course furniture
- Assist with mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough areas
- Ensure the course is safe and ready for play each day
- Clean and maintain greenkeeping machinery and equipment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Preferred previous greenkeeping, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience
- Experience operating tractors and turf machinery
- Good work ethic and ability to work within a team
- Flexibility to work early mornings and weekend rotations
- A positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- Full driving licence
