The position includes settting up the restaruant in the mornings, supporting the floor staff throughout service, clearing & resetting tables, running drinks & food and a host of other duties that aim to give an opportunity to gain experience in a restaurant environment. A good level of fitness, enthusiasm and attention to detail is required. We offer a good staff food menu, tips and a progressive working environment.
Note that this position involves a mixture of days and nights, sometimes you will finish after midnight and it will also involve weekend work.
