Bartender – Join the Team at Crover House

Crover House, a beautiful country estate overlooking Lough Sheelin, is seeking experienced and enthusiastic bartenders to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a vibrant, fast-paced environment that delivers exceptional service for weddings, events, and day-to-day guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a consistently high standard
- Provide attentive, friendly, and professional service to all guests
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organised bar area at all times
- Work efficiently during busy service periods, particularly during weddings and large events
- Collaborate with the wider food & beverage team to ensure smooth service
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including responsible service of alcohol
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years’ bartending experience in a busy hospitality environment (hotel or events experience preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
- Ability to multitask, stay calm under pressure, and work well as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and during key events or functions
- Fluent English and eligibility to work in Ireland
