Contracts Manager – Wicklow
We are currently seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a leading construction team delivering high-quality residential projects across Wicklow and surrounding areas.
This is a key leadership role, responsible for overseeing multiple sites, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the delivery of multiple residential construction projects from start to finish
- Manage and coordinate Site Managers, Engineers, and subcontractors
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with programme, budget, and quality expectations
- Maintain strong focus on Health & Safety compliance across all sites
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery
- Monitor progress, report on performance, and manage risk effectively
- Drive high standards of workmanship and site presentation
- Support planning and sequencing of works across multiple projects
Requirements
- Proven experience in a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager role within construction
- Strong background in residential construction (apartments or housing developments)
- Excellent leadership and people management skills
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to manage budgets
- Ability to oversee multiple live projects simultaneously
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant construction qualification preferred (Engineering, Construction Management, or similar)

Pay: €100,000.00-€120,000.00 per year
